- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 2 apples, tart ones
- 250 ml dressing (yoghurt dressing)
- possibly nuts

- Wash the Chinese cabbage and apples thoroughly. If you like, you can peel the apples (I always leave the peel on, there should be a lot of vitamins in it). Quarter and core the apples, etc., and then cut into small pieces.
- Remove the stalk from the Chinese cabbage and cut into thin strips. Put the cabbage and apple pieces in a bowl and mix with the yogurt dressing. If you like, you can refine it with nuts.
