Ingredients

  • 500 g ice cream, vanilla
  • 1 cake (packaged sand cake)
  • Batter
  • Oil, for deep-frying
  • Rum, to flambé

Instructions

  1. First you cut the ice cream into 6 small pieces.
  2. Take the sand cake and cut it into long pieces.
  3. Now moisten your hands well (so that the cake ice cream will freeze later !!!), put a small piece of cake on each surface of the ice cream and press it into a ball! NO ICE MUST STAND OUT.
  4. Wrap the ice cream in cling film and freeze it for about 2-3 hours (depending on when you want to eat it!)
  5. If you want to eat the ice cream then, you have to make a BAKING DOUGH.
  6. Place around the frozen cake ice cream and fry with a little oil, then dab with kitchen paper.
  7. Then put some rum (straw 80) over it and light it up in a bowl!
  8. Important! when the ice burns, always turn quickly.
