- 175 grams sugar
- 100 ml oil, neutral

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° - 200 °, prepare muffin tins. Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa powder in a bowl. In another bowl, crack open the egg and whisk gently. Then add the sugar, oil and buttermilk and mix well. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork, add to the mixture and stir in briefly. Finally add the flour mixture and carefully fold in until the flour mixture is moist. Pour the dough into the metal wells and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. It is best to let it cool for a few minutes in the tray.
