Chocolate Cake with Curd Layer

A very delicate combination of cottage cheese and a chocolate biscuit. If your curd is grainy, then you can make not an interlayer, but, for example, curd balls.
Ingredients
For a biscuit:
- Eggs – 2 pcs. + 1 egg white
- Sugar – 0.75 cups
- Flour – 0.75 cups
- Cocoa – 2 tablespoons
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
- Apple cider vinegar (for extinguishing soda) – 0.5 tablespoon.
For the layer:
- Cottage cheese – 200 g
- Yolk – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Starch – 2 tablespoons without slide
- Vanillin – to taste
Directions
- For the curd layer, mix well the curd, 1 yolk, starch, sugar, and vanillin.
- For the biscuit, first beat the protein remaining from the curd layer and 2 eggs with sugar, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.
Then extinguish the soda there with apple cider vinegar, add cocoa. Mix gently with a spoon. Gradually introduce sifted flour.
- Pour the biscuit into the mold, on top – cottage cheese. By and large, no matter what you draw there, the cottage cheese will still go inside the biscuit.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
