Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (if you like cinnamon, take 2 tablespoon)
  • 120 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 40 g suar, brown
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 220 g mararine
  • 400 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 g sour cream or sour cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 2 Table spoons milk

Instructions

  1. The amount is intended for a springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm.
  2. For the crumble mix the cinnamon, brown sugar and chopped walnuts, set aside.
  3. Mix the margarine with the sugar until soft, add the eggs, beat well. Add vanilla sugar, sour cream, lemon zest and juice, mix well. Add flour, baking powder and salt, fold in well.
  4. Pour half of the dough into the mold, sprinkle with half of the crumble mixture, cover with the remaining dough, finish with the remaining crumble.
  5. Bake at 180 ° convection, approx. 55 minutes.
  6. For the powdered sugar glaze, mix the milk and powdered sugar together well, spread over the slightly cooled cake.
  7. Since this recipe comes from America, the amount of sugar is very large.
  8. You can certainly reduce the sugar by 100g, but it`s very tasty that way.
