Ingredients

  • 750 ml milk
  • 1 ½ pack custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 375 g butter, soft
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 6 medium egg (s)
  • 375 grams flour
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Using vanilla pudding powder, milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar, cook a pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Then cover the pudding with cling film to prevent skin from forming and let it cool.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly in portions. Mix in 2 tablespoon milk and cocoa powder. Finally, carefully fold in the drained cherries. Then spread the dough on the baking sheet.
  3. Use a large spoon to make hollows in the dough, then fill them with the cooled vanilla pudding.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200 ° C, convection 175 ° C, gas mark 2) for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool down and dust with powdered sugar.
