Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 50 g butter, melted and cooled aain
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast (approx. 20 g)
  • 75 ml milk
  • a bit salt

For covering:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 ml buttermilk

For the sprinkles:

  • 100 g butter
  • 130 g flour
  • 60 g suar
  • 600 g plums

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a large bowl, make a well in the middle, crumble the yeast into it, pour 1 teaspoon of sugar and 5 tablespoon of milk over it, leave to rise to the pre-dough for about 10 minutes. Then knead well with all the other ingredients, roll out on a prepared baking sheet or in a form (20 cm).
  2. Spread the cream for the topping on the floor, cover with halved plums. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 15 minutes, then remove the tray and quickly sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for another 15 minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar when cold.
