Chocolate Mousse with Ice Cream

Delicate chocolate dessert will not be ignored by lovers of chocolate delicacies.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate – 40 g
  • White sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Skim milk – 3/4 cup
  • Ice cream – 1 1/2 cups
  • Whipped cream and chocolate chips for serving (optional)

How to make the chocolate mousse:

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute, stir well.
  2. Add sugar and cocoa powder to the melted chocolate, mix. Let the mixture cool slightly and then add 1/4 cup of milk.
  3.  In a blender, combine the chocolate mass, the remaining milk, and 1 1/2 cups of ice cream, pulsate until smooth.
  4. Place the chocolate mass in portioned glasses and garnish the chocolate mousse with whipped cream and chocolate chips (optional).
