  • 3 stalks rosemary
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 50 g clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stems, chop them and mix with the breadcrumbs. Beat the meat a little.
  2. Whisk the egg and milk together, season with salt and pepper. Turn the chops in the egg and breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 100 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  3. Heat the fat in a large pan and fry the meat for 4 minutes on each side, one after the other. Put the fried chops in the oven and let stand for another 10 minutes.
