Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g quark
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

For covering:

  • 750 g plums (plums), pitted
  • 350 g yourt, 1.5%
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 lemon (s), zest, grated
  • 50 g honey
  • some oil . for the mold, or baking spray

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead the quark, flour, sugar, salt and 50 ml of cold water until you have a supple, smooth dough. Spray a tart pan evenly with the baking spray, or brush it thinly with a little rapeseed oil and a brush. Spread the dough in the mold with your fingers, pressing an approx. 2 cm high edge. Then place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to cool. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top and bottom heat). At the end of the cooling time, prebake the dough for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut and stone the plums. For the topping, mix the yogurt, egg, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and honey together well. Cover the prebaked dough with the plums and pour the icing evenly over them. Put the flan back into the oven and bake for another 35 minutes. Then let it cool down and, if necessary, lightly sprinkle with icing sugar. Note: The dough tastes a bit rubbery, but still very tasty. If you don`t have to / don`t want to pay attention to the line, you can very well add a little oil (approx. 4 tablespoon) to the dough ingredients. Then you have a delicious quark oil batter. Without powdered sugar, I calculated 21.5 p. For the whole shape. With 12 large pieces that makes just 2 P. per piece. If you put 4 tablespoons of oil on the dough ingredients, the P. increases by 12 to 33.5 P. That makes 3 P. per piece.
