Ingredients

  • 600 g plums
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 sheet / s puff pastry (275 g, cooling shelf)

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and halve the plums. Melt the butter in a tart pan (24 cm) or in a pan with an ovenproof handle. Sprinkle in sugar evenly.
  2. Spread the plums on top, cover with puff pastry and press the edges of the pastry against the edge of the pan. Cut off protruding corners. Prick the dough several times with a fork.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C, gas: level 3, convection: 180 ° C) for about 25 minutes.
  4. Take the tart out of the oven and let it cool down. Before turning over, heat the tin or pan on the stove until the tart has become flexible. Turn the tart out on a large cake plate and serve immediately.
  5. Whipped cream goes well with it, of course.
