Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 80 g suar
  • 125 g butter (yourt butter), cold
  • 300 g plums
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • Flour for the work surface
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and 40 g of sugar. Knead in 3 tablespoon cold water and the butter in pieces. Cover and chill the dough for 30 minutes. Wash, halve and stone the plums. For the topping, mix together the yoghurt, eggs, the rest of the sugar, vanilla sugar and pudding powder. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place in a greased baking pan. Prick the bottom several times. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 12-15 minutes. Now place the plums on the bottom. Spread the topping with a knife and bake for 25-30 minutes. The tart also tastes very good if you top it with raspberries instead of the plums and knead chocolate sprinkles into the dough.
