  • 200 g butter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 140 g powdered suar
  • 80 grams flour
  • some powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a tart pan and spread thinly with breadcrumbs or flour (I only grease).
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a metal bowl over a hot water bath. Add the butter in pieces and let everything melt evenly while stirring.
  3. Briefly whisk the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer (only briefly, do not stir until frothy). Sift the flour over it and stir in briefly. Then add the chocolate butter mixture and stir in briefly, so that a smooth dough is formed.
  4. Pour the dough into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Bake cakes in a hot oven at 180 ° C for no more than 18 minutes. Otherwise the cake will be too hard on the inside and then you have a normal chocolate cake, the original French chocolate tart is still nice and soft on the inside.
  5. Take the chocolate tart out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin. Then fall onto a grid and dust with powdered sugar.
