Ingredients

  • 75 g mararine, soft
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 750 g apples
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the soft margarine with 100 g sugar, a sachet of vanilla sugar and the salt until foamy and gradually add two eggs. Mix the flour with cornstarch and baking powder and mix into the dough.
  2. Peel, quarter and thinly slice the apples.
  3. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  4. Pour the dough into a buttered, flour-dusted 28-inch springform pan and smooth it out. Spread the apple slices in a wreath on the dough, press lightly and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake the cake on the middle rack for 35 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, mix the 2 eggs, 50 grams of sugar, a vanilla sugar and the sour cream to a creamy cream. Pour this icing over the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put it in the oven for another 25 minutes and let it set.
  6. After cooling, dust the tart with powdered sugar.
