Ingredients

  • 250 g flour, whole wheat flour
  • 250 g oat flakes (whole rain)
  • 120 g sesame seeds
  • 120 g flax seeds, sunflower seeds or chopped nuts
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ salt, (or less)
  • 0.5 liter ½ water

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients and let stand for 1 hour, then spread on 2 - 3 dry baking sheets and roll tightly. This works best with the help of cling film.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C, insert the trays and bake for 7 minutes. Take the trays out of the oven and cut the bread into bars. Bake at 175 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes.
