- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

- 1 packet puff pastry, rolled out
- 1 egg (s), to be brushed on

- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl to form a mixture. Put the batter in a springform pan and pour in the mixture. Insert the edge and cover well. Brush with egg and prick with fork.
- Baking: in the preheated oven, lower groove for approx. 40-50 minutes. A salad goes best with it.
