The citrus mousse turns out to be delicate, airy, very fragrant – a great dessert after a festive feast!

Ingredients
Lemons – 2 pcs.
Orange – 1 pc.
Semolina – 5 tbsp
Water – 500 ml
Sugar – 5 tbsp
Directions
Squeeze juice from lemons (100 ml) and orange (130 ml). Pour sugar into a saucepan, pour in water and lemon juice. We send to the fire. As soon as the sugar dissolves, add the semolina. Stirring continuously, cook semolina until tender. Leave to cool to a warm state.
Beat the semolina with a mixer until the mass increases several times. Then add orange juice and whisk.
We lay out on bowls and send to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Decorate with zest or chocolate, if desired.
