Ingredients

  • 4 large apples
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto
  • 4 tablespoon raisins
  • in Butter, flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, remove the casing with a cutter, cut in half and place in a baking dish.
  2. Now knead the marzipan with the amaretto and raisins and form finger-thick rolls, which you then stick into the apples (easier).
  3. If there is still some mixture left, spread it on top of the apples.
  4. Now put a flake of butter on each of the apples and then bake the whole thing at 180 ° (convection) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.
  5. Then serve 2 pieces each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a plate.
