Classic Carbonara Sauce

So, today I will show you how to make a classic Carbonara sauce. In fact, this sauce is inseparable from pasta, so we are preparing here not just a sauce, but a full-fledged hot dish, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Green onion – 1 Bunch
  • Bacon – 50 Grams
  • Pasta – 400 Grams
  • Chicken egg – 1 Piece (large)
  • Hard cheese – To taste
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Fat cream – 4 tbsp
  • Parsley – To taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream, salt, pepper, a little chopped parsley.
  2. Add the egg and beat lightly. Put the pasta to boil according to the instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into slices and fry in a pan until lightly crispy.
  4. Send the finished hot pasta and bacon along with the fat to the egg mixture and mix everything quickly.
  5. Serve with grated cheese and your favorite sauces.
