  • 1 liter milk
  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. This is the result of several attempts inspired by the film Chocolat.
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Meanwhile, stir the other ingredients in a cup. Even if you like it spicy: Just a Prischen Cayenne - otherwise it won`t taste any more! Remove the boiling milk from the plate and stir in the prepared cocoa powder. Bring to the boil again briefly. Serve hot.
  3. Optional: add the cream.
