Cocoa Glaze

To make cupcakes, cakes, and other pastries look prettier and more appetizing, they are covered with glaze. How to make it? For this, a recipe for cocoa glaze comes in handy.

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar – 4 tablespoon
  • Cocoa – 2 teaspoon
  • Milk – 1.5-2 tablespoon
  • or Water – 1.5-2 tablespoon
  • Butter (optional) – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Sift the powdered sugar through a strainer. Sift the cocoa on top.
  2. Mix the cocoa and powdered sugar thoroughly.
  3. Add hot water or milk little by little.
  4. Stir the mixture quickly until smooth.
  5. You can add softened (or melted) butter to the cocoa frosting for a shinier glaze.
  6. Decorate with glaze cakes or cookies.
