Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 g suar
  • 300 g mararine, (or butter)
  • 400 g flour
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the sprinkles:

  • 125 g suar
  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For the cast:

  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Ingredients for a sheet. When using a round mold, only use half of the ingredients.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dough into a slightly sticky mass. Knead the ingredients for the crumble together.
  3. Spread the dough on the baking sheet (or put it in the baking pan) and pluck the crumble over it. Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 35 - 45 minutes.
  4. Take the hot cake out of the oven and IMMEDIATELY pour the two cups of whipped cream over the crumble. This is the only way to create the particularly delicious taste.
