Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 120 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coffee powder, instantly soluble
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

  1. Mix butter in a bowl until soft, stir in sugar and salt until smooth. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the mixture. Divide the dough into two portions.
  2. Alternately stir coconut flakes with coconut milk into one half of the dough, fill into the greased pan sprinkled with coconut flakes.
  3. Bring the milk, coffee and sugar to the boil, allow to cool. Alternately stir in the flour into the second half of the dough, pour onto the light-colored dough and spiral into the light-colored dough with a fork.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 55 minutes.
