Ingredients
Cod (fillet) – 600 g
Potatoes – 800 g
Onions – 100 g
Garlic – 20 g
Olive oil – 50 ml
Fresh rosemary – 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
We prepare products. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 190 degrees.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small wedges.
Wash the cod fillet and dry well with a paper towel. Cut the fish into small pieces.
Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
Peel and grind the garlic. We wash the rosemary and rub it lightly with our hands until the aroma appears.
Combine potatoes, fish, onions, garlic, and rosemary.
Salt, pepper and add olive oil to fish and potatoes.
Mix gently.
Transfer the contents of the bowl to an ovenproof dish. We send to the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees.
Let the finished dish cool slightly.
