  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 65 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)

  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from the ingredients.
  2. Do not heat the fat too much (deep fryer 160 degrees) and pour the dough into the fat, teaspoon at a time. Do not put too many coins in the fat and keep turning the pastry. You`re done when they`re golden brown.
