Ingredients
- 8 egg (s)
- 2 apples, peeled, pitted
- 2 red peppers, cleaned
- 2 onion (s), peeled
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 tablespoon capers
For the marinade:
- 8 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- salt and pepper

- Hard boil the eggs and cut into eighths. Chop the apples, peppers, onions, pickles and capers and add to the eggs.
- Mix the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise well and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the salad and let it steep.
