Ingredients
- 500 g bell pepper (s), red, yellow, reen
- 1 small Can (s) kidney beans
- 1 small Can corn
- 1 small Glass olives, black without stone
- 1 pack sheep`s cheese
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled chilli pepper (s), dried
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, heaped oregano, dried
- 1 clove garlic, to taste

- Wash the red beans in the sieve, then add the corn and drain.
- Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into very small pieces. Cut the paprika and the sheep`s cheese into small pieces. Halve the olives. Cut the onion into very fine rings. Put everything in a bowl with salt, vinegar, olive oil, chilli, oregano and mix well.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- If necessary, season again with salt and chilli.
- Goes well as an accompaniment to a barbecue party.
