Ingredients
- 20 shrimp (s), TK
- 1 zucchini
- 1 half bell pepper (s), red
- 8 mushrooms
- 2 medium tomato (s)
- 6 shallot (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon herbs Provence, frozen
- olive oil
- sea-salt
- pepper from the grinder
- 1 bag long grain rice

- Clean, wash and roughly chop the vegetables. Remove the inside of the tomatoes.
- Put about 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a large bowl and add the finely chopped garlic cloves. Add the vegetables, herbs, salt and pepper. Cover everything and let it stand for about 2 hours.
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the prawns in a little olive oil over medium heat. After approx. 2 minutes the contents of the bowl are added. Fry everything quickly. Just before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste.
