Ingredients

  • 250 g noodles (starlet or mussel noodles), small
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 dash sweetener, liquid
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 ml vinegar
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into very small cubes. Clean and wash the peppers and also cut into small cubes (about the size of a noodle). Put the vinegar, oil, water, sweetener and parsley in a large bowl, stir and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta, diced onion and pieces of paprika to the bowl and mix everything well.
  3. Let it steep for about 1 hour and season again with salt before serving.
