Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 ml mayonnaise for salad
  • 100 ml tartar sauce
  • 1 glass tomato peppers and 3 tablespoons draining liquid
  • 1 glass peas and 3 tablespoons draining liquid
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 7 pickles and 2 tablespoons draining liquid
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage

Instructions

  1. First cook the pasta and after cooking let it cool in a sieve. Stir the noodles in between times so that they don`t stick together. While the pasta is cooking, place the mayonnaise and tartar sauce in a large bowl. Now drain the tomato peppers, add 3 tablespoons of the draining liquid to the bowl, and cut the tomato pepper strips a little smaller. Drain the peas and add 3 tablespoons of the draining liquid to the bowl. Now add the peas with the tomato pepper cubes to the mayonnaise / tartar sauce. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl and season with pepper as needed. Next, cut 5 - 7 pickles into cubes and add 2 tablespoons of draining liquid from the pickles to the bowl and stir everything together. Now add the oil and stir again. Cut the sausage into fine cubes and mix with the other ingredients in the bowl. Finally add the cooled noodles and stir everything together again.
  2. Tip! Let the salad steep for about 2 hours before serving.
