Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 1 bunch parsley, cut
  • 1 glass sausages (mini Viennese)
  • some margarine or oil
  • 2 handfuls noodles (soup noodles)

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced onion in hot fat until translucent, then deglaze with the stock. Add the pasta, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Put the peppers, washed, pitted and cut out with an apple cutter or similar circles, into the soup. Cut the wieners into thin slices and add them to the soup as well. Simmer everything for another 5 minutes. Finally sprinkle the parsley on top.
  3. Is done in a flash every time and looks great!
  4. Tip: You can of course also use cucumber pieces, zucchini pieces and corn, or you can use rice instead of noodles. That is up to you. There are no limits to the imagination.
