Ingredients

  • 20 g yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 450 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g ham (turkey ham)
  • 200 g mountain cheese
  • 3 bell peppers, green, yellow, red
  • thyme
  • pepper
  • Flour, for the work surface
  • Oil, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 250 ml of lukewarm water. Let soak for 15 minutes. Then knead with the flour, 1 teaspoon salt and the olive oil until smooth. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, finely dice turkey ham. Grate the mountain cheese. Wash, clean and finely dice the peppers. Mix everything with the thyme and pepper.
  3. Roll out the yeast dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Sprinkle the pepper and cheese mix on top. Roll up the plate from one long side. Cut into 12 slices, place in the well-oiled muffin hollows and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
