Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g semolina, (durum wheat semolina)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm

For covering:

  • 800 g pepper (s), mixed
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from the first ingredients and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  2. Clean and finely dice the peppers. Cut the spring onions into rings. Heat the oil and sauté the paprika briefly.
  3. Mix the eggs, sour cream and cheese together. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough on a greased tray. Put the egg and sour cream on top of the dough. Scatter peppers and spring onions over the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
