Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g quark
  • 7 tablespoon milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil

For covering:

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 300 g carrot (s)
  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough, roll out and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Clean the vegetables, cook them in a little salted water and let them drain. Dice the boiled ham. Spread the vegetables and ham on the dough.
  3. Mix the sour cream, eggs and cheese, season with salt and pepper and spread on the vegetables.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
