You fill 1 glass of about 1 l (which is clean and dry) in sequence and in layers with:
130 g flour (sieved with the baking powder)
200 g of brown sugar
130 g of flour
60 g cornstarch (mixed with the flavoring ingredient)
140 g flour
In a sachet or small glass there is the selected sweet (is baked in the cookies) - ideally the recipient`s favorite treat:
Chopped caramel candies, chopped favorite chocolate or favorite chocolate bars, Smarties, M & Ms, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, chocolate chips,
The baking instructions are attached to the glass:
The following are still required:
250 g soft butter
3 eggs
if necessary 1-2 tablespoon milk / yogurt / sour cream
Preparation:
Beat soft butter + 3 eggs until creamy.
Tip the mix out of the glass into a bowl, mix well and add to the egg-butter mix, knead everything well. If the dough is quite firm (e.g. because the eggs are quite small), add a little milk if necessary, it must be easy to shape into balls.
Mix in chunky sweets as well.
Put small heaps or balls on the baking sheet with a teaspoon or by hand (baking paper!) And flatten it a little.
Bake at approx. 180-200 ° C. After 8-10 minutes they are more chewy like US cookies - after about 12-14 minutes they are more like cookies here.
We have around 2.5-3 trays (around 50-60 pieces) full of super delicious biscuits that taste best fresh - e.g., in these versions:
If you like, you can also bake large cookies - like in a coffee shop or something. Then of course it won`t be 50-60 pieces - and the baking time could be a little longer.
