Ingredients

  • 10 cannelloni
  • 300 g cottae cheese
  • 400 g tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some broth, granular
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, 3 tablespoons Emmentaler, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, parsley and spices. Fill the cannelloni with this mixture and place in the greased baking dish. Season the tomatoes with Italian herbs, some grained stock and oil and pour over the cannelloni. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
