Ingredients

  • 360 g turkey meat
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 pointed pepper, red
  • 50 g peas, frozen
  • 1 handful sugar snap peas
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • Basil, dried
  • Rosemary, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 120 g couscous, dry
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. First wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Then wash the turkey meat with cold water, dab with a kitchen towel and also cut into small pieces. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan and sear the meat on all sides, season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan and set aside on a plate. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan and fry all the vegetables in it and let simmer briefly. After about 5 minutes pour in the vegetable stock, thicken with tomato paste and season the sambal oelek. A child eats with us, that`s why we didn`t make it so spicy, but you can also take more if you like it spicy. Meanwhile, soak the couscous according to the instructions on the packet and then add it to the pan with the turkey meat. Simmer everything together a little, season with spices and serve. According to the old WW system, there are 5 P per serving.
