Ingredients

  • 6 large potato (s)
  • 1 leek (small stick)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), happened
  • 0.5 ½ pack spinach leaves (frozen)
  • 0.5 bag ½ cheese (Gouda or Emmentaler), grated
  • 6 tablespoon wine, white
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into cubes approx. 2 cm x 2 cm and boil in salted water.
  2. Wash, peel and thinly slice the carrots. Cook gently in water with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Clean the leek and cut into half rings. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely chop garlic. Cut the ham into small squares. Clean and dice the bell pepper.
  4. Defrost the spinach leaves in a small saucepan. Sear the onions with the garlic in 1 tablespoon of margarine in a high, large pan. Add the minced meat and fry it with a spicy sauce. Season well as needed. Add the leek rings and diced paprika. Deglaze with the tomatoes and white wine. Now mix in the leaf spinach and simmer a little. Then add boiled potato cubes, carrot slices and boiled ham. Stir in some cream and season if necessary. Scatter the grated cheese on top and fold in. Serve hot.
