  • 4 large onion (s), red
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoon whiskey
  • 2 teaspoon BBQ sauce
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 tablespoon grill spice

Instructions

  1. Clean the onions and cut into large cubes. Finely dice the bacon and leave it in the pan. Add the onion and fry until brown. Then deglaze with whiskey. Then add the spices and stir everything well.
  2. Mix the eggs and pour over the mixture, stir in well and fry well. The eggs should get brown spots.
  3. Grilled bread tastes particularly good with it.
