Ingredients

  • 700 g potato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g red pepper (s)
  • 2 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 150 g salami
  • 50 g bacon, mixed
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes. Pre-cook in boiling salted water for approx. 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
  2. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces, peel the garlic and cut into very small cubes. Rinse the kidney beans in a colander with cold water and drain. Peel and cut the salami, dice the bacon and chop the parsley.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fry the bacon briefly and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Add paprika, onion rings, garlic and salami and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Mix in the beans and heat briefly.
  4. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika and serve in the pan, sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
