Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), small
  • 300 g beans, (crushed), frozen
  • 250 g minced meat, beef or mixed
  • 1 handful cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 handful cheese, grated, e.g. Emmentaler
  • Spice mix, (taco)
  • Savory
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the baby potatoes, fry in olive oil.
  2. In the meantime, season the minced meat with the taco seasoning and possibly salt and pepper and shape into small balls. After about 15 to 20 minutes, salt and pepper the potatoes, add the meatballs to the pan and fry them, turning several times.
  3. When the meatballs are seared all over, add the beans. Season with savory, salt, pepper and the taco seasoning.
  4. Wash and halve the tomatoes. When the potatoes and beans are cooked, add the tomatoes to the pan for a few minutes and fry them briefly. Finally sprinkle the cheese on top, let it melt and serve.
