Crabmeat Sauce

I serve this crab meat sauce for pasta. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Crabmeat – 400 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 1/3 cup
  • Red chili pepper (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
  • Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the crab meat into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of olive oil, add chili and garlic, cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 seconds. Then add crab meat, parsley, lemon juice and zest, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the remaining olive oil to the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
