Crabmeat Patties and Green Salad

Crabmeat makes delicious cutlets and is best served with a salad made from fresh herbs.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Natural crab meat – 450 g
- Mayonnaise – 1.25 cups
- Fresh lemon juice – 3 tbsp + 1 teaspoon.
- Hot sauce (hot) – 1 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro (whole leaves) – 1 glass
- Fresh dill (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Fresh mint (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Fresh mint (whole leaves) – 1 glass
- Fresh dill (whole leaves) – 1/2 cup
- Salted crackers (chopped) – 1 glass
- Green onions (chopped) – 4 pcs.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp + 2 teaspoon.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, hot sauce, chopped cilantro, mint, and dill. Mix everything well and reserve 1/2 cup of the resulting sauce. In the rest of the sauce in a bowl, add crab meat, crackers, and the white part of the onion, mix well and form 4 cutlets with a diameter of 7.5 centimeters from the minced meat.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add cutlets and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- In a separate bowl, combine whole leaves of cilantro, dill and mint, green onion, 2 teaspoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper the salad to taste.
Serve the crab patties with the leftover sauce and green salad.
