Ingredients

  • 1 orange (s), juice and the zest as zest
  • 100 g suar, possibly more, to taste
  • 1 bag cranberries, fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 125 ml water

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the salt, sugar, orange juice and zest to a boil over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the cranberries and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 7 minutes, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste, add a little more sugar if necessary. Let cool down to room temperature.
