Cranberry Muffins with Hazelnuts

Cranberry Hazelnut Muffins are very simple yet delicious baked goods. If you like muffins, be sure to try this combination.

Servings: 5-7

Ingredients

  • Flour – 120 Grams
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 75 Grams
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Hazelnuts – 1/3 Glass
  • Cranberries – 1/3 Cup

Directions

  1. Peel and grind the hazelnuts in a blender. To clean the hazelnuts as best as possible, I recommend first heating it in the oven for 5 minutes – then it will be easier to clean.
  2. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix sour cream, egg and vegetable oil.
  4. We mix sour cream and flour mixture. Add chopped nuts and cranberries to them.
  5. Pour the dough into muffin tins and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Done!
