Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • Cranberries – 350 Grams
  • Sugar – 3/4 – 1 Glasses
  • Apple Juice – 1 Glass
  • Apple – 1 Piece
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 1/4 Cup
  • Cinnamon stick – 1 Piece
  • Cloves – 6 Pieces
  • Lemon – 1 Piece

Directions

  1.  Prepare all the required ingredients.
  2. Put the berries, chopped apple and lemon, sugar, spices in a saucepan. Pour in vinegar, juice
  3. Put everything on fire. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Remove the cinnamon and lemon. That’s it, the cranberry relish is ready.
