  • 200 g cream, alternatively Cremefine
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. First you mix the cream with a squirt of lemon juice. Then add the sugar and vinegar and mix everything well. Finally add the oil and stir until a thick sauce is formed. Depending on which cream you use (it is also possible to use a reduced-fat variant, e.g. Cremefine for whipping), the sauce may be too thick. In that case, add a little milk.
