Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 600 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 300 ml red wine
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, (not powdered)
  • 500 g tomato (s), possibly
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), possibly

Instructions

  1. Heat the powdered sugar in a medium-sized saucepan and then add the balsamic vinegar and the wine (be careful, splashes!). Mix everything well, add the garlic and rosemary and let everything boil briefly and then boil down for about 1/4 hour, stirring constantly (the liquid should now be A LITTLE tougher than before).
  2. Now fill a bottle and let it cool for about 1 hour (not in the refrigerator).
  3. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on a plate. Then sprinkle the spring onions over it and, after cooling, spread the crema on top.
