  • 250 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 ml cream
  • 50 grams flour
  • 6 slice (s) bread (black bread)
  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with salt and caraway seeds to the boil while stirring the cream with flour (if necessary dilute with water) so that no lumps are formed. Then stir into water with a whisk and let it steep a little.
  2. To add to the soup, roast black bread cubes in oil until very crispy, press in the garlic and season with salt. Sprinkle on the soup.
  3. Another variant of soup: peel 3 large potatoes, dice them and let them steep in the soup for 20 minutes.
