Ingredients

  • 4 plum (s), fresh
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice without pulp
  • some bitter almond aroma
  • cinnamon
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ butter
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Biscuit (s) (Amaretti)

Instructions

  1. Cut the plums into wedges and heat them in a pan with butter until the butter turns a little brown. Deglaze with orange juice, add the aroma, cinnamon and plums and toss in the pan. Briefly bring to the boil.
  2. Combine low-fat quark, natural yoghurt, mascarpone, lemon juice and sugar and stir to a smooth cream. Crumble the amaretti in a freezer bag. Pour the cream into dessert bowls. Layer the biscuit crumbs and plum wedges with a little sauce. Again cream on top, again crumbs and plums as the top layer.
